Get Involved!  Chamber Members – Committees enable you, our members, to support issues you’re passionate about while deepening your connection with other Chamber members and developing leadership skills. Ambassadors Team

A volunteer-driven public relations arm of the Chamber.  Ambassadors work to connect businesses, strengthen membership, and enhance the image of the organization. They participate in  events, grand openings, ribbon-cutting ceremonies and other public events involving Chamber visibility. Chaired by Christine Cook of Regions Bank. Meetings are monthly on the first Wednesday from 8:15-9:15 AM. If you're an outgoing people person, the Ambassadors are for you. Business Development and Advocacy (BDAC)

Addresses issues that can have a positive influence on business and on those that can be costly and unfriendly. It provides communication channels between business and government and provides education and advocacy on priorities of the membership to the proper government body. Works in partnership with city and county representatives on business growth/retention strategies and programs supporting small business advancement. Supports the manufacturing, engineering and tech member businesses by organizing facility tours. Monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of the month from 8-9 AM. Contact Tom at tom@remove-thiscentralchamber.biz to inquire about visiting the group.

Women's Leadership Committee

Presents the annual Inspire Awards, Annual Holiday Luncheon in addition to fundraising events for the Chamber Education Fund. Chaired by Kim Feaster of Serenity Funeral Home & Serenity Gardens Memorial Park. Meetings are monthly on the second Tuesday from 12-1 PM.
